I hope everyone had a wonderful Christmas and New Years with friends and family and recharged your batteries and are ready to make 2012 a dynomite year!
I've been researching Real Estate Investor business management tools recently and am wondering if anyone is using and of the following or any others I didn't list? I've been using Realeflow Investor for the past 18 months or more and love it however the latest update has caused me to take another look at what is out there.

I'd like to hear from anyone using these tools with your Pros and Cons of the tool for my consideration. You may or may not know that RealeFlow Investor recently did a major update and as it currently stands it didn't go so well. They are hard at work on it to resolve and with time Im sure they will. However, it's caused me to starting thinking and looking at other options out there. I plan to go check out myself but wanted you input based on your experiences. I have listed a couple of my questions/concerns I have for these other tools below.
1. Is there any interactivity between other users of the tool such as RealeFlows PowerMatch function. If I have a house for your buyer RealeFlow will flag that and allow you to start communicating together to try and get the deal done.
2. What's the comps capability within the tool and is it a paid service or can we add our own service such as Investway?
3. What's the capability for multiple users in the tool?
4. Does the tools work well with IPad and iPhone?
5. Does the tool allow you the flexibility to add or edit your own forms and contracts in MS WORD and PDF?
6. Is there any Birddog management capability within the tool?
7. IS there a backup of your data i.e. buyers and sellers into a csv file?
8. Hows the online or live support of the tool?
9. Hows the stability of the tool?
10. Is there a built in Marketing tool for both email and PC campaigns and is it easy to operate?
Any and all input is apprecaited. I know many are using RealeFlow Investor and FreedomSoft but I'd like to hear it from the horses mouth as to your opinion of how they work. Didn't want to go by all the crap on the internet.
