Does anyone use ACT! that would be able to tell me how to use it to my best advantage?

    I have lots of question.

Dick,  I've used ACT for years.  I have the older 6.0 version.  It allows me to build mail lists and stay in touch with sources.  I'll talk to you Saturday.

    Dick,

In my previous life I was a Sales & Marketing senior executive. We researched all the major CRM solutions. They all have strengths and weaknesses. One of the things they all have in common is that the learning curve is moderate to high, and the pay-off is high, PROVIDED that you use them for ALL your communicaitons. If you are not going to do that, stick with something like Outlook and the various add-ons that are available for it.
