If you are looking for a quality, turn-key solution, I suggest you contact Blake Johnson at www.finishingtouchesremodeling.com. They are priced about average for turn-key providers, but it has been my experience they do a very good job.
That said, why wouldn't you be your own General Contractor and use subs to do the rehab for you? I know you have the experience to do it. And besides, it's MUCH cheaper and more flexible that way.
