Not directly real estate related, but if you're needing a job...

For a lot of people on the road to becoming a real estate investor, especially those starting with little to nothing, they may need to get a job; a 9-5. Or maybe just a better paying job. They need something to provide a consistent marketing budget. One day their passive rental income will surpass their expenses and then some, but until that day happens...

Thought I'd post this on the forum here in case anyone is a good fit for it. The money is good enough to help toward your investing goals.

Anyone know of someone looking for work in the Dallas/Fort Worth area? I need to find as many people as I can for a contract we just got. This will be continual, ongoing work. They will need to work at least 30 hours a week Monday through Friday. Not sure yet if they can just pack 30 hours into 2-3 days, or if all five days a week will be needed. Still ironing out some details. They must also have access to a truck/van/or full-size SUV, be able to climb ladders, and of course, pass a background check and drug test. Pay will be in the neighborhood of $1,200 - $1,500 per week plus possible bonuses and the opportunity to make more if they want to put in more hours.

They will be doing satellite TV installs. For the most part, just installing the equipment and giving the user a quick tutorial on it. They tell me having to run new cable would be a rarity, but will occasionally be needed. This is not your typical satellite TV installer job though. So don't associate the typical cable/satellite installer stereotype to it. With this pay rate, we're looking for higher quality people. If you have ever had satellite TV installed at your house, then you probably understand what I'm talking about. This is coming as a result of AT&T's buyout of DirecTV. They are making some major internal changes in the way DirecTV operates. Since AT&T has been a client of ours for a few years, they asked if we could take over a chunk these installs.

Please contact me via email or text. You can call too, but I will often times be unable to answer over the next couple weeks.
