Is anyone interested in doing some JV deals? Or splitting some wholesale deals?
I'm currently mailing a driving for dollars campaign that I personally put together at the end of 2015. I have been mailing this
200 name list since Jan. This target area is south Fort Worth (S of 20 & W of 35).
I just started another driving for dollars list targeting south of downtown Fort Worth, W of 35 & down to I-20. This list currently has 70 driving for dollars names in it but I plan to add more.
I've had some good leads come from these campaigns & I've gone & looked at them & made offers but no deals yet.
I'm wondering if my ARV's/repair estimates might be off or if I just haven't found the right motivated seller yet.
Long story short, I've been trying to get into the REI game & trying to get that first deal under my belt! I'm wondering if anyone would be willing to go take a look at a few leads with me & if we can make a deal happen we could split the deal or I'd even be willing to take a smaller cut to make something happen.
If anyone would be willing to help me out I would be forever grateful! I hope that one day I can return the favor to a newbie like myself & pay it forward.
