    Hello everyone, 

    I have been reading the forums and getting more and more excited with each topic I read.  We have started a new business (familyheritagehomes) and would love any help getting started.  We are looking at wholsaling to start to try to build capital and then rehab and move into rentals for passive income when I can retire. We are really looking to know the right contracts and steps in wholesale process.  Thanks again for reading and look forward to meetings and getting to know everyone.  We currently are in Denton County as of now as we are new.  Thanks again.  Have a great night.
