    Ive been calculating a lot of my deals, but ran into the bigger pockets wholesale calculator.. really cool.


    Is there a decent calculator out there either for free or low cost that will calculate wholesale deals for you?


    I really like the one on BiggerPockets but you can only use it 5 times.  It has for flip purposes and then has for rental purposes.( Which i really like) . so is there a good calculator that you can enter all your info into and give you a Max Purchase Price.  


    Let me know if anyone has anything out there.

    Bigger Pockets has many contributors who have uploaded wholesale calculators. Which one did you get?
