    Does anyone here buy rentals in the Lancaster area?  I had a duplex come across my desk today with numbers that piqued my interest.  I'm not familiar with the area and am considering partnering with someone that has more experience in this part of town.

    My company purchased a Duplex in Lancaster back in 2012, renovated it, rented out both sides and sold it to another investor.  So two things I can help you with:

    1.  Determining Value

    2.  Finding a Buyer

    Hi Brian, nice to see you on here... I recommend working with Stacie... She's been in the business for a long time and is an expert (SME) for numerous REI niches... There are few in the area who are more knowledgeable than Stacie and she's trustworthy so you can count on getting a fair deal w/ her... Just my opinion.
