    Hi,

    Can anyone recommend a Handyman for general fix-up for my various rental properties?  Make-Ready, painting, clean-up, odds and ends.

    Hi Stacie,

    My GC Kenny Powell (682-597-6814) with Wescott Property Services can take care of this for you.  He has a full-time crew, and he knows many subcontractors to take care of whatever is needed.  He can handle handyman jobs, rental make readys, and full rehabs.  He's done several make ready jobs for me, and he's been around for quite some time.  Good prices, good service, gets the job done quick.
