    My name is Thalia and I would like to introduce myself. I'm new to all this and would like to fix & flip. I'm a college student full time as an architect major. I would like to get my foot in the door and start creating real estate investment wealth. I'm currently working with a group of investors and will be buying cash. Any advice would be helpful, thank you!
