First time visitor / Saturdays meeting?

    Hi there

    I'm planning on going for the first time to the (11/6/15) Saturday meeting, but on the calendar I see '20 Wealth Building Techniques Using Notes' - is this event instead of the usual Saturday meeting?  It wasn't clear from the information on the website if the usual meeting was taking place.  I could do with knowing this before making the journey.

    Hi Chris,

    The special class this Saturday, "20 Wealth Building Techniques Using Notes," will replace our regular meeting this Saturday.  It's a very rare opportunity to hear one of the most knowledgeable investors on the extremely valuable topic of notes investing.  I hope you'll join us.  We'll return to our normal meeting format a week from Saturday.

    Excellent, thank you for your reply - that's really helpful.  

    I'm not presently pursuing notes as an option (my interest is in buy and hold multi-family and SFRs), so the session isn't all that relevant to my present interests, perhaps at some point in the future.  I'm out of town next week, so it'll be Sat 21st that I can first attend.  Hope to see you then :)

    Just a note (pun intended :-) ) on one thing you said... Understanding notes actually can help you do more Real Estate Investing deals of all types.  Notes can be a significant part of helping you finance single-family (or multi-family) rentals, structuring wholesale deals, "subject to" deals, options, etc.  We have seen a major increase in our business due to notes.  I highly encourage you and any one else interested in taking their business to the next level to learn as much as they can about notes and how to structure deals using them.  If you do, you'll be so glad you did.

    Thank you for your follow-up, I appreciate it.  I'll bear that in mind, its not what I'm looking for right now but it is something I may get to, I'll be sure to keep an eye open for other sessions that come up as well.  As I said, I'm aiming to come along to one of the more routine session, primarily for networking, over the next couple of weeks.  Hope to see you there :)
