    I am hopefully getting a signed contract this weekend for a property in Lewisville.  Anyone interested in deals in Lewisville?

    ARV is $208,000

    Offer price will hopefully be around $95,000 - $100,000.  Still finalizing that.

    With numbers like that definitely interested.  Assuming rehab is not $85+K.  I close on 100% of my executed contracts and no weasel clauses.
