Greg has fixed plumbing leaks at two of my properties, one of which was a rehab job with a major foundation lift. He repaired significant damage that occurred and provided documentation of his work and subsequent testing. I was quite surprised at how little it cost, given the extensiveness of the repair.
He stays booked up from what I hear, so try to give him plenty of lead time.
