Folks, I'm real estate investor and looking for cash flow properties in following areas
Plano, Keller, Euless, Colleyville, Grapevine, Bedford, Hurst, North Richland Hills, Southlake, Richardson, Irving
Following are my criteria
- Nice and preferable neighborhoods (good schools, low crime rate, job opportunities etc)
- Minimum 3BR/2BR
- Less than 10 year
old house
- Easy to rent &
low turn over
- Rent ratio should
be more than 1%
- Potential
appreciation for long term
