    I have a short sale property that I am in the process of obtaining in Arlington, 76013.  It is a 3/2/1, near schools and shopping.  I am looking to wholesale it and would like to know if anyone is interested in more details.  It will need complete rehab.  This area has been really doing well for fix and flips and rentals.  

    Please pass this on to others who might be interested.  My buyers list is not as big, so I could use some "word of mouth" advertising. Thanks in advance.

    where can I close a property quickly? Its inexpensive home.Could I close it a the court house? Would I just need a warranty deed? and that it or also the contract?

    I wouldn't want to give all the details until I have all the facts/details in place, in case it doesn't happen. I'll contact you as soon as I know it's a deal.
