    I am having an exterminator do a deep treatment for roaches and mice in a rental he is charging $60 (2 story home with 2300sqft).  I am not sure if this is a good price or not as I have never used this service before.  Does anyone know the going rate for this type of service or if you could recommend a company that would be great.  Thanks

    Thanks Robin but I already took care of it on Sun.  Tenants are moving in on Wed. so I had to rush things a bit.  I was very surprised that the exterminator even offered to do the work on Sun.
