    Good afternoon all,

I am a CPA, constantly researching tax law on real estate transactions and looking to build up my passive income in hopes being a full-time investor in the future. I am putting a business plan together with goals so that I may track my progress. My plan is to start with wholesaling, then get into buy-fix-sell and buy-fix-hold strategies to build long-term cash flow. At this point, I am looking to develop a list of lenders, attorneys, and buyers. If you are one or you know of anyone in these areas, please reply or email me.

If you are a buyer who is interested in buying from wholesalers, may I please add you to my list? Important information would be cities/neighborhoods you are interested in, ARV range and expected profit range, a guide to what range of profit a wholesaler can expect when working with you, and any other details you figure would be helpful to a new investor who looks to one day be in your shoes.

I look forward to meeting you all and working with you.

    Kind Regards,

    Alan

Please add me to your buyers list.  I need to buy one or two more properties before the end of 2012.  I've got cash and WILL close quickly.  I'm looking for 3x2x2 houses as well as duplexes, 4-plexes, and small apartment complexes in "Robin's Hood" which is roughly equivalent to NE Tarrant County (east of I-35W & north of I-30).  Call me at 817-300-1132 or email me at Robin@AcceleratedPropertySolutions.com.  I look forward to meeting you in person.  Thanks
