Selling the guest house?

    Hello my fellow investors. Im looking for feedback on a house that I've come across. Basically a guy built a house on his mothers land and is selling it. Their really isn't a definite line as far as where the lot begins or ends. The owner of the main house pointed it out but the land hasn't been surveyed. House needs work and also has tenants. Im having trouble finding any solid comps. Would love to hear your suggestions. Thank you

    You need to have have the property being surveyed and zoned separately as a contingency of the deal. Based on where that property is, if it does not have city water and sewer lot size may be VERY important.
