    Steve, I've had great service from Brett Sharp w/ Sharp Air, 817-371-9721. Either same day or next day service and very reasonable rates. Another member referred him to me a year or so ago. Please let him know that I referred you if you decide to use him.

    Also, a thank you is in order. I believe you referred Robert B's Plumbing to someone a while back. I used Robert last week and got great service, so thanks for sharing that!

    I've used Jim Herald for years. 

    During that REALLY HOT SPELL we had in July the A/C on my personal residence went out at 11:30 PM on a Saturday night. I got on here and left texts and vmails for ever HVAC guy that was listed. Jim was AT MY HOUSE by 8 AM and had my A/C fixed by 10. My family was VERY HAPPY.

    The good news is the other guys all at least called me back before 9 PM that same night.
