“I will NEVER be in Real Estate.” That’s what Greg Wilson told his family when he was 16 years old. Fortunately, after five generations in the Real Estate business, they didn’t take "No" for an answer.

Greg bought his first investment home in 1996. Since then, he’s successfully completed over 250+ single-family home transactions in the Metroplex. He owns a Real Estate Brokerage, a Real Estate investment company, and a private equity lending firm.

He helped build eRealty, Inc., the world’s first online real estate brokerage and the company that pioneered most of the everyday real estate activities we take for granted today (i.e. searching for, buying, and selling homes online). Prudential Real Estate (NASDAQ:PRU) bought eRealty and today it provides much of the functionality for Yahoo’s Real Estate portal.

Greg has mentored real estate professionals from Boston to Houston to L.A. He currently serves as president and CEO of the Texas Real Estate Investors’ Network and was co-founder and president of the Dallas/Fort Worth Real Estate Investor Club, one of the largest REI clubs in America.

To date Greg has made a net profit on 100% of the homes his company has purchased. His passions are his family, traveling, backpacking, and he is fanatically dedicated to helping other Real Estate Investors gain the knowledge, training, & experience they need to become successful.
