    Hello, my names Tom .. I'm new to real estate investing but i've been a student since mid 2019, i've learned quite a bit regarding the wholesaling process and i'm completely immersed in the strategy that i'm ready to pull the trigger in the beginning of 2020 by equipping myself with great resources to help me in my journey. Although much of my education has helped me understand the underlying concepts of wholesaling there is a need for me to consult with a seasoned professional, someone to bounce idea's off of, discuss and verify my ARV calculations, contracting costs and general numbers along with practical real advice that works out on the field that is viable. I'm blessed to have been able to get this far on my own but i'd be really lucky to find someone to help me capitalize on my dreams..

    Thank you Robin and Dick, 

    I'll be reaching out this week with plenty of questions and would love to get my feet in the sand as soon as possible, maybe we can meet up for a drink at some point and time as i'm am fully committed to it and have plenty of time on my hands at the moment. I'll be following up with a real estate attorney to validate some contracts i ran across and looking for a title company familiar with the wholesale process.. i'll be in contact very soon for recommendations.

    My name is Jon Beaman and I'm a Realtor and work for a local residential property management firm for 7 years. In that time I have generated a great deal of knowledge management/rentals but not in generating my own real estate portfolio.     Thanks for offering a hand i'd be more than happy to meet and have a cup of coffee to talk here soon, me and Richard had lunch not so long ago which was very insightful and i'm looking to continue networking with the rest of the community .. go ahead and shoot me an email if you'd like - thomas_blnc@yahoo.com, i also want to thank everyone else for reaching out as well in this thread as its been very educational, i'm currently just now recovering from some hard times, i was let go from a previous position but i am now employed again and ready to attend meetings and subscribe to some of the forums content.. I'm currently in the process of setting up my business model, i have some CRM software in mind that will help me organize my workflow and create leads, aside from that i'm working out how i'm going to engage in marketing/advertising tactics, among other things .. i'll be more active on this thread from now on, again much appreciated everyone and looking forward to meeting with everyone.
