Seeking RMLO and Loan Servicer for owner financing

    Good Morning All,

    We are offering owner financing on an investment property and we are looking for a reasonable and reliable RMLO and loan servicer.  We have currently contacted Texas Pride Lending, August REI and SecureNet. 

    Does anyone have experience with a RMLO or loan servicer that they would recommend?

    We are also working with a title company (Capital Title) that is experienced with owner financing and would like to include on the deed of trust a power of sale clause so we can start a non judicial foreclosure in 60 days if needed.
