    Hi Everyone,

    I joined the club today and have been looking for ways to get into the field for a while. I am completely new to real estate investing and have been learning from reading books and articles about the topic. I joined this group to see if I could find someone to take me under their wings and teach me the ins and outs of real estate investing. I understand that mentorship is a relationship so I would be more than happy to provide services in return for the guidance that you provide. I live and work in downtown Dallas and hopefully would like to do my first deal in the next 3 months.
