Too many deals....building buyers list

    OK, business is booming for us, that's the good thing. We are privately funded and are currentlybuying and holding the majority of our deals as well as continuing to flip on the deals that move quickly. The problem we are having is that we are finding so many deals, we are needing to start wholesaling some of them moving forward due to having too much on our plate.     hey! im an agent in Garland-

    i have two investors that are buying ones a cash buyer wanting to retail 140k all in

    the other is a buyhold rent - as long as the arv is good he is already on his 4th deal so feel free to shoot me any deals...

    Eric, all,

    Eric I sent you the email you asked for and I look forward to start recieving all these deals.

    For anyone else that has the same problem as Eric (too many leads), please add me to your list as well for Tarrant and Parker co.  I'm looking for ALL DEALS up t around 200K but will look if it's a deal above that.  More specifically I have buyers for good rehab properties in solid neighborhoods and I have buyers looking for turnkey rentals up to about 125K ARV.

    I look forward to working together and making 2012 a fantastic year and helping alot of families that need our help.
