Straightline charges our 'members' (Free Members too!) $225.00 pier. If they have to do a cement break out, i THINK that is is an extra $50. (which is reasonable, as they fill the hole back with concrete so you don't have to have it done!)
Rey Herrerra is the group rep, and he has been very honest with us, even when we didn't need piers in his estimation. He has also told us when he suspects a slab leak - and often he is right. (This happened last year on a rental we have owned for about 4 years!)
Another great feature is that their warranty work also stays with the house, so, no transfer upon sale is necessary.
