    Hey Gang! I'm looking to build a serious buyers list. I find houses throughout the DFW area and would love to pass them on to you.  Please add name and email if you would like to be put on it.  I have been focusing on flipping myself but now am finding more houses than I can do.     We prefer NE tarrant, however, we also include Arlington, Irving to the East and Saginaw-Lake Worth to the West.

    • 3-2-2 brick; slab for the most part.  
    • Multi-family also.  
    • No burn outs.
    • We buy to HOLD or to REHAB and RESELL.
    • CASH closing is not a problem!  Money is there!
    Looking forward to the Leads. 

    However, they need to have some room for real (NET) profit AFTER holding costs, rehab costs and a little cushion for OOPS. 

    Values should be verifiable, not an ARV that takes the one highest priced comp and excludes all the other ones, please.  I think any investor can appreciate that approach!  Otherwise, one is setting themselves up for potential heartache!
