My business partner Kaylem and I are new to real estate investing. We just completed some in-depth training and are excited to work towards our first wholesale assignment deal. If we complete a deal by May 13th, 2019, the training company will refund our course tuition. I'm not sure we can meet that deadline by ourselves, so we are seeking to team up with one of you who already is experienced with wholesale assignments.
We could do the legwork/research (we have access to software that searches for distressed properties) for you, give you a percentage of a future wholesale assignment deal that we complete by ourselves, etc., as long as the deal we team with you on is in our name so that we get credit for our tuition refund. No reasonable offer for what we can offer you in return for your assistance will be turned down.
