Hello,
I own and manage a good amount of residential rental properties in FW and I am need of recommendations for a good on-site bookkeeper/personal admin. Ideally it's a CPA who wants a part time role in a laid back company. We use AppFolio for most of our accounting and Quickbooks as a back up. We outsource all of our tax work to our CPAs. So mostly it's AP/AR, some treasury, budget work, record keeping, etc.
Any recommendations would be super appreciated!
