    Current cash flow when all units are occupied is $2200/mo. Taxes and Insurance are $327/mo. Tenants pay their own utility expenses. 3 units are currently occupied. One tenant just moved out of the 4th last week. 2 of the leases expire September 2019 and the 3rd expires January 2020. The photos below are from the unit that was just moved out of. Each unit has the same lay out 2 bed/1 bed. No major repairs are really needed. Looking to close asap.
