Figured it couldn't hurt to ask. I was wanting to see if anyone has a commercial property or multifamily for sale via a seller finance. Property needs to be $500,000 or higher due to a 1031 exchange. We have about $200,000 to put down. If not a seller finance, then something that would qualify for a non-recourse loan. Thanks so much!
