Found a "flip".... Beautiful, incredible ( I term properties as nice.... pretty.... outstanding...… then "incredible"...), lakefront property.... Cost $380K.... Repairs: $70 - $100K, depending on finish.... ARV: $550-600K++ (next door comp would predict $700K) Considering a partner for my General Contracting firm to refinish/rehab project.... Current cash flow keeps me from jumping on it myself.... by a smidgen.....
