The term,"subject to attorney," sounds fairly broad. What do you want the attorney to do?  Just close a sub2 deal for you?  Draw up all the docs to handle a sub2 deal?

There are plenty of attorneys who can close a sub2 deal, but drawing up all the forms, etc. is different.

With a little more info from you, I can definitely give you more options.Feel free to give me a call at 817-300-1132 if you'd like to discuss this in more detail.

    Thanks,

    Robin

Robin - yes, prepare the docs etc as I've only learned about Sub To in the past and haven't actually done one.  Got right up to signing the docs with seller a few weeks ago but it did not work out.  However would love to chat a little to get options.   I'll call early this week as I want to use a new attorney next time
