Just wanted to introduce myself. I am new to the area and have been coming to the DFW REI group for a month or so. I am interested in rehabbing properties and buy and hold. I have held a real estate license in CA,NY, and currently in TN and Texas. I wanted to thank Robin and Cindy for running this group as it’s very informative and I am gaining insight each week.
