New member to the group! I am a Investor/General Contractor/Rehab specialist relocating back to the DFW area from St. Louis. My company has specialized in Rehab projects, doing 25 - 30 restorations (can't keep track) in St. Louis. I prefer to work with a specialized realtor on REO type projects. I know the business well - but don't know the new Market.
Any recommendations for a good realtor of this nature would be appreciated. I typically buy in the $40K - $300K range with a ARV of $150K - $700K.... Usually total gut/rehab.
Need someone intimately familiar with the Fort Worth area, neighborhoods, values.... to help me get back in the swing of things in my new surroundings (though I grew up in the F.W. area - another life ago...).
Typically, my realtor provides me opportunities - and I reciprocate by giving him/her the listing once the project is completed....
