I need a contractor to remove the cat urine odor from a rental unit.  We've disposed of the old flooring and cleaned the ducts, but it seems the smell is coming from the concrete.

Thanks Robin.  I followed the advice Cindy gave and called Steam O Way and rented two ozone machines for three days.  One might have been enough, but Steve's remarks made me think I should apply the treatment generously.  It worked great, the smell is completely gone.  Thanks to everyone who gave input on that thread.
