    Hello all!
I'm new to the board and excited to be here, I'll be honest with you I'm here to learn and help out as much as I possibly can.
Currently I'm working to acquire my first investment property (I'm a pretty young guy, 24, self-employed) but I hope to one day have a lot of properties in the DFW area and across the country as well.
I went to college at The University of North Texas, in Denton, where I got a degree in Fine Art (I wanted to paint murals until I realized there's really not enough $$) and I'm a newly wed!
My wife and I go to church in Fort Worth, where we stay active in our community.
I'm excited to be here (I know I'm wet behind the hears, so feel free to rib) and I'm eager to get to know everybody!

Hey thanks everybody for the warm reception! I'm really eager to get to know all of you.
Looking into the future, I know I'll be thankful to have everyone in the REI Club as a resource; I especially look forward to having seasoned pros give me their thumbs up/thumbs down assistance, heck, that's probably saved a ton of people from losing their pants a few times!
@Greg, good to meet you today! I enjoyed our conversation and quirky tv commercial references.
@David, right on man, I look forward to meeting you to. It's great to see other guys in their young 20s motivated and taking control of their lives, awesome with the 4 years, I can't wait to get there myself!
I'll be looking everyone up on Facebook as I go along, and y'all can find me too, I have a regular page and a fan page. My twitter handle is @sjosephevans, so follow me and I'll be sure to follow you back!

Sean, Welcome!  It was great to meet you at yesterday's meeting.  David, Welcome Back!  Love the Thai food, man.

You're in the right place.  If you keep learning and working hard, success is inevitable.
