Can anyone share a template for lease addendum? The landlord wants to change the way of paying rent and the management. If anyone could help to provide a template, that would be very helpful. Thank you very much.

Thank you. But all forms there are about selling and buying, not residential rental.

An Addendum is an addition to a lease and usually is executed as a part of the lease when used.

An Amendment is used to change a term(s) of the lease.

To change the name of the management company and/or mailing/delivery address for rent payments most leases allow for a simple notice to be provided to the lessee. The notice can be as simple as a word.doc or TAR provides a form for licensees.
