I have a few different carpenters/cabinet makers I use. They do good work and have excellent prices but seldom meet their original delivery deadline. So, I get them started ASAP on my projects so that when their delivery date slips it isn't such a big deal for me. I would not use them for homes with ARV above 200K. These are painted pine. Price included delivery and installation. Maple with a higher end finish was possible for an additional $500-700. That being said, I don't think the finished product would be as nice as the finish you find on stained birch or maple Chinese RTA cabinets.
