    I realize this is laser targeted. I think the main criteria is centered around:

    Sq footage 1300+

    Built before 1980

    Price: Buyer is willing to purchase up to 80K (i know there is alot of room to work with given this part of town)

    Subdivision: Old Candleridge

    I have already found an REO (don't know which bank owns it) and a HUD property in this particular area.

    That is all of the information I have right now.
