Kim Mills is the title attorney I use on every transaction I can. She can be reached at kim@millslawoffice.net. She's great to work with, she'll do remote closings, and her fees are low. I also like the fact that she is the title attorney, the escrow officer, and the notary. Frustration can run high, and deals can be lost when you've got issues/questions at a closing, but no one can address them, becauuse you're closing with a notary who's doing a quick favor for the assistant to a parti-time escrow officer who normally works from home but is now on vacation. Know what I mean? That kind of thing doesn't happen with Kim. Please let her know I referred you.
