We are putting together a portfolio of pre-foreclosures and FSBO’s; looking to put them under contract for 15 – 30 days and passing them to Investors. We will be targeting properties with high equities built in. We would like to concentrate in Tyler, TX if anyone is looking for homes in this area; but we are also able to venture to other areas of Texas.
