    I'm looking to locate a new General Contractor that can 100% manage all rehab projects initiated by Elvis Buys Houses. Our hope is to locate a GC that operates 100% turnkey. Knows how to manage a project, the associated labor, sub-contractors, permits etc. Completes projects near budget and on a timely basis. Not looking for 100% perfection just an honest GC that can follow through with his commitment and get the job done with little-to-no involvement of the investors.

    Kenny has been working the DFW area for some years now, doing everything from handyman jobs to rental make readys to full rehabs.  He has a full-time crew and many subcontractors.  He works with investors and property managers (apartments and single family), and he gets jobs done in a timely fashion.  He can do your jobs turnkey once he knows your preferences.

    Kenny has been helping me with my rentals for a year or two now.  He always does a great job and rarely needs get additional clarification or directions from me.
