My wife and I are looking to purchase a home asap. We have excellent credit, but I'm self employed and don't have 2 years of profit on my tax returns. My wife works full time as well but doesn't have the income we need to out weigh our debt to income. We would be interested in an investment property we could stay in for a year or two and fix it up slowly. Please advise
