    Its a Brick/ slab, 3-2 w carport-(yb 1957?)
    House is in ch. 13, but now taxes are due.  They are looking into their options.  This might be a possible Sub to.  She said it was on market, and was pretty much ready to go with minor repairs (wallpaper replaced in one bathroom and in the other there's some peeling paint).  She was a little unsure on exact amt owed-about $49k, says appraisal (tax?) $80k.  House is vacant, and she doesn't plan to move back.  For more info, contact me either email or phone. ccarriger@sbcglobal.net or 817-683-2933.
