He has been staying at local motels, but would like to rent a small house that costs between $500 to $750 per month. For the business he is doing, he would like it to be located in the mid-metroplex area in the 360 corridor between i-20 and 183.

He needs to rent an affordable house while he tries to sell his house that has a $2000/monthly payment. He needs a moderate 3 to 4 bedroom house for under $1000 per month.
