    Hi everyone, Just joined Nubys Group and hope to start coming to the Saturday meetings. I currently have 6 properties in Johnson County that I need to wholesale. If you are wanting to invest in this growing area let me know. (FYI: Johnson County has the majority of the traffic for the Barnett Shale workforce.)     I saw your note in the Nubys forum... I now own 16 rentals in Joshua ... what kind of a deal do you have?

    I am also looking for good rehabs or buy and holds in Arlington, Mansfield, Burleson , North East FtWorth....
