    Hi folks,

    I moved from Rhode Island and I'm still in the process of getting some new websites up and running. I currently own two SFRs back east and I'm about to begin a massive marketing campaign here in the DFW area. I also have access to private money and will be looking to maybe partner with a rehabber as I'm still keeping my 40hr/week job for the time being.

    Generally Southern Tarrant County (FTW S. of I-20, Mansfield, Arlington, Benbrook) and Johnson County. I'm currently looking for my next rehab project and have money to spend. Just like Steve, the numbers have to work. I like 3-2-2 or larger, 1980's or newer and like the typical starter type homes with ARV's $90K-$130K. I may also be able to offer some Realtor services.

I have been doing a little bit of real estate investing on the side over the last few years. Have several rentals but only wish to buy, rehab and sell currently. I still work full time but hope to be transitioning over to REI full time in the next 6 months. Please add me to your buyers list. I have cash and can close quick. Prefer no war zones, and the standard REI numbers 65-70% ARV - repairs. Prefer 1980's and newer, 3/2/2 but will consider any DEALS with ARV of 175K or less.     Thanks to all who've responded so far. I apologize for not getting back to everyone via e-mail yet. I've been sidelined this week with some major dental work.

    Modern medicine can do mind boggling things these days, but somehow I don't think we have it much better than our parents did when it comes to the unpleasant side of dentistry.
