Bryan DunklinLast Saturday, Real Estate Attorney, Bryan Dunklin, gave us an excellent  introduction to Owner Financing.  This Saturday, Bryan will be conducting a 3.5-hour Owner Financing Seminar that will contain detailed instruction on this vital topic.
 
The seminar is $99.00 by itself.  The Owner Financing Documentation is $299.00.  Bryan charges $350.00 per hour for his time.  However, you can get a big advanced purchase discount for purchasing the bundle of the Seminar + Owner Financing Documentation + 1 hour of Bryan's time for a total of only $350.00 until this Friday, November 13, 2009.

PLEASE NOTE:  This is NOT our regular Saturday meeting.  The regular Saturday meeting this week, "Real Deals - The Good, The Bad, and The Ugly," will immediately follow the Owner Financing Seminar at 11:30 AM.
